About Us

Who are we?

Caring Together Whitby and District is a local voluntary organisation and registered charity run by salaried staff. Funding comes mainly from Health & Adult Services and the Hambleton, Richmondshire and Whitby Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), but the scheme operates independently of other agencies.

Our aim is to provide practical and emotional help to people in the Whitby and district area who are caring for someone at home. We are part of the Whitby network supporting carers and people with disabilities in the Whitby area.
